my approach...

"My approach to directing has always been founded on teamwork and the philosophy that "the best idea wins." I thrive on collaboration, ensuring that everyone around me has the space to contribute. I take great pride in thorough preparation, which allows me to guide those creative decisions in a way that best serves each stage of the project.

For me, detail is everything—whether it's the precision of an actor's thought or intention, the accuracy of a prop or lighting fixture or even the decision to remove on-stage scores. My goal is to cultivate a creative atmosphere where the entire team feels empowered to suggest ideas or solutions when appropriate. I strive for a relaxed yet focused environment—one where colleagues become friends and friends become family.

When rehearsals begin, I come in with a clear vision of the entire project and a solid, practical plan to bring that vision to life. Ultimately, my aim is to create work that is both artistically fulfilling and deeply engaging for an audience."
